Refunds & Exchange

Exchange and Return requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date of receiving the shipment, and the item must be in its original condition with the size tag attached. 
In case of Return, the customer bears the shipping cost to and from the destination, which will be 160 EGP or 180 EGP, even during free shipping periods.
No requests will be accepted after the specified period.
Any item that is damaged or missing its tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Each shipment is allowed one process only: either a return or an exchange.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees arising from the return or exchange.
If the customer requests both a return and an exchange, this is only accepted if the shipment contains more than one item.
During free-shipping promotions, the customer must cover both-way shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Refunds are issued only via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
If the order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, a fee of 80 EGP must be paid.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we provide a free replacement with no additional shipping fees, valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

تقديم طلب الاستبدال او الاسترجاع يكون خلال 10 أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة على أن تكون الشحنة في الحالة الأصلية ويُرفق ببطاقة المقاس الخاصة بها.
في حالة الاسترجاع يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن ذهابا و عودة علي ان تكون 160ج او 180ج حتي في فترات الشحن المجاني 
لن تُقبل أي طلبات تُقدم بعد انتهاء هذه الفترة المحددة.
أي منتجات تعرضت للتلف أو فقدت بطاقتها لن تكون مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
يمكن لكل شحنة إجراء عملية واحدة فقط: إما استبدال أو استرجاع.
العميل مسؤول عن أي رسوم شحن إضافية تنشأ عند تنفيذ الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
في حالة الرغبة في طلب مزدوج (استبدال واسترجاع)، يتعين على العميل توضيح ذلك، وسيتم قبول العمليات المزدوجة فقط في حالة أن الشحنة تحتوي على أكثر من منتج واحد.
في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال فترة الشحن المجاني يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن ذهابًا وعودة.
استرداد المبلغ يتم فقط من خلال إنستا باي أو فودافون كاش، وذلك خلال 14 يومًا بعد إرجاع القطعة والتأكد من حالتها.
في حالة رفض الأوردر أثناء المعاينة في وجود المندوب، يتم دفع رسوم قدرها 80 جنيه.
إذا تم استلام منتج تالف أو معيوب أو مختلف عن طلبك، نقدم استبدالًا مجانيًا للمنتج مع عدم دفع أي مصاريف شحن إضافية، وذلك خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ الاستلام.
